Our bills are designed to make it simple and easy for you to understand. Your bill is broken down into summary sections and is separated or “unbundled” allowing you to identify the costs for the services you are charged for.
As a National Fuel customer you should receive a bill each month. In the event you do not receive a bill, please let us know by clicking here.

If you purchase your gas from another natural gas supplier that performs its own billing, please contact the company directly with your questions.
